VerifiGuard provides a fully hosted web verification system. Server owners do not need to host anything themselves — all verification pages, links, and processing are managed by VerifiGuard’s servers. Users simply click the verification link or button to verify themselves.

How It Works

1. User Receives a Verification Link or Button

   • Admin can generate a link with /verify generate @User.

   • Users can get their own link with /verify link.

   • Or the bot can post a button with /verifybutton.

2. User Clicks the Link/Button

   • Opens the hosted verification page on VerifiGuard servers.

   • Users complete verification (optional CAPTCHA or checks).

3. Server-Side Processing

   • The bot detects verified users via the hosted system.

   • Roles are assigned automatically according to your configuration.

4. Logging

   • Verification events such as IP, VPN, confidence scores are logged in securityLogsChannel.

Slash Commands

/verify generate

Generate a web verification link for a user. Admin only.

/verify link

Get a personal verification link for the invoking user.

/verifybutton

Send an embed with a button in a channel. Clicking the button redirects the user to the hosted verification page.

Setup (Simple)

1. Roles

   • Ensure Verified and Unverified roles exist.

   • Assign roles when generating verification links.

2. Logging

   • Set your securityLogsChannel in the guild configuration.
